Capabilities

Gmail

Search messages and threads, manage labels, archive or move messages to Trash, prepare drafts, and send from the account you select.

Email access includes reading, organization, drafting, and sending. It does not allow immediate permanent deletion.

Calendar

List available calendars and search events to answer schedule questions. This integration does not create, edit, or delete events.

Access is read-only.

Tasks

Read task lists and task details, route selected requests through a connected workflow, move tasks between configured lists, and mark processed work complete.

The Google Tasks permission allows broad task management. The implemented workflow uses it for reading, moving, and completing tasks. Connected output services are described in the privacy policy.

Google scope names above use the prefix https://www.googleapis.com/auth/. Read the privacy policy for accessed data, processing, recipients, retention, and deletion. You can remove access at any time.
