Connect an account

Authorization starts from the installed integration and continues on Google’s consent screen. The app name shown by Google is mcp. Each account is authorized separately. This website has no Google sign-in form.

Disconnect and delete

  1. Stop related workflows. Prevent further processing before removing their credentials or state.
  2. Revoke at Google. Open Google Account connections, select mcp, and remove its access. Repeat for each connected account. This may affect other integrations using the same app authorization.
  3. Remove the local account. Use the integration’s account-removal control. In a compatible MCP client, the gmail_remove_account tool removes the selected local account record and tokens. This does not revoke Google authorization by itself.
  4. Delete retained copies. Remove client histories, workflow prompts and outputs, logs, exports, and backups. Clear connected displays and use the provider’s controls for provider-held data.
  5. Contact support if needed. Requests concerning operator-held support correspondence may require identity confirmation.

These steps do not delete the original data in your Google account.

Connection issues

Why do I need to reconnect?

Google can expire or revoke authorization. Testing-mode authorization for these scopes has a seven-day limit. Other causes include revoked consent, password changes, inactivity, token limits, and account policies.

Can a connected AI service see my data?

Requested data is returned to your connected client or workflow. If it uses a cloud AI service, that content can be sent to the provider. Review its data controls before use.
